Bachelors Degree in a science or health related field required. Masters Degree in relevant discipline is preferred. May consider relevant education and/or work experience year for year for degree.

Excellent computer skills and familiarity with statistics.

May require valid driver’s license where grant requires travel outside of hospital.


Three or more years progressively more responsible relevant experience, depending on size and complexity of program(s). Experience should demonstrate supervisorial and leadership skills and ability to effectively liaise with individuals across the healthcare spectrum.

Reporting to the Director of the Lifespan Oncology Clinical Research Office (LOCR), and in accordance with established policies and procedures, the incumbent is responsible for the operation of research programs, including recruitment, implementation programs, processes and outcome evaluation of the program.
