Post high school culinary diploma with at least 5 years of work as a cook in Hospital or other clinical settings, or a cooking associate Degree with 2 years’ experience as a cook in a hospital or other clinical settings, or a culinary baccalaureate degree. Knowledge and understanding of food allergy is required. Must be able to read, speak and write English to perform the required tasks correctly and safely, must have basic computer literacy. The position is a Per-Diem, and allow flexibility with working hours.

The candidate should have an excellent ability to work in a team, be detail oriented. Creativity is encouraged. Familiarity with Hispanic cuisine desirable.
The Cook performs a variety of food/meal preparation and planning, serving and clean up functions in the Dietary Department providing services to both Bradley patients and staff.
