Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent along with knowledge of accounting practices, business systems, and fundraising software.

EXPERIENCE:

Three to five years in business support, including: accounting, business systems and spreadsheet software. Experience with report-writing and data extraction, as well as exemplary data proofing and reconciliation required.


The Business and Operations Coordinator reports to the Development Business Administrator. Under general supervision and within Lifespan policies and procedures, provides business analysis, reporting, and reconciliation. Acts as resource steward and provides oversight of key business and operation functions including: financial report generation, financial reconciliations, variance analysis and other duties as directed.
