Excellent secretarial skills with strong ability to multi-task with demonstrated abilities to effectively plan and prioritize work. Proficient computer operations skills including familiarity with computer networks and MS Office software. One year progressively more responsible secretarial experience within patient care environment.
Coordinates and leads administrative support functions and the activities of administrative support personnel performing a variety of duties to schedule appointments, receive patients and prepares and maintains related manual and computer records. Participates in development of clerical policies and procedures to provide effective and efficient administrative support. Routinely performs the functions of other department administrative support staff.
