Location: Providence, RI
A fully unencumbered, board certified primary care or emergency medicine physician with experience in occupational medicine and licensed to practice medicine in the state of Rhode Island. Strong clinical background required with at least 5 years’ experience in outpatient settings. You must be an experienced team player, as this position requires working collaboratively with the clinic staff, the Employee Health and Health Promotion managers, and other clinical quality team members. This position also requires strong analytical and evaluative abilities, excellent organization and communications skills, and demonstrated managerial experience in triaging multiple tasks.
This position supports the operations of the onsite employee clinic and staff. The principal area of endeavor is in the clinical medicine aspects work related injury management, episodic medical care, primary care health promotion and occupational health. This position reports to the vice-president Human Resource Operations & Lifespan Health regarding daily operations and works cooperatively with the manager Employee Health and manager Health Promotion.
