Work generally requires organizational, analytical and communication skills acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program.
Work requires a minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources or two years in a production oriented, customer focused environment where administrative and organizational skills were used on a regular basis.
A working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Internet. HRIS and call center experience strongly preferred. Must demonstrate a commitment to deliver superior quality customer service, a high level of performance, the ability to work with diverse customers, and the ability to collaboratively problem solve and work in teams.
Education requirements may be substituted with directly related work experience beyond 2 years on a one to one basis (i.e. one year of related experience equals one year of education).
Under general direction of the HRSC Tier 1 Team Leader, provides outstanding service to HR customers including active employees, management, HR colleagues, and retirees for HR-related inquiries. Processes HR transactions with quality, timeliness and efficiency; troubleshoots and problem solves while encouraging self-service.
