Under general direction of the manager HR Solution Center provides Tier 2 customer support to employees and management for human resource questions and issues that cannot be addressed by HRSC Tier 1 representatives or have not been referred to a HR Center of Excellence subject matter expert. Tier 2 representatives will coordinate and document complex employee relations issues with appropriate HR Business Partners.
Work generally requires organizational, analytical and communication skills acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program.
Work requires a minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources with a minimum of 3 years in employee and/or labor relations.
A working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Internet. HRIS and call center experience strongly preferred. Must demonstrate a commitment to deliver superior quality customer service, a high level of performance, the ability to work with diverse customers, and the ability to collaboratively problem solve and work in teams.
Education requirements may be substituted with directly related work experience beyond 5 years on a one to one basis ( i.e. one year of related experience equals one year of education).
