Equivalent to Associate’s Degree in computer science or related field. Combination of experience in information management or systems applications operations may substitute for a degree.


Minimum of three years related experience in data management systems, including experience with hardware and software interfaces to maintain operations.

Interpersonal skills to effectively orient and train users regarding the system, related information requirements and service needs.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Project management skills including facilitation, prioritization and resource management.

Knowledge of automated information system applications and configurations.

Reports to Manager, Purchasing Operations, is responsible for the information systems and technologies for Supply Chain Operations. Evaluates, plans and recommends modifications to the information systems. Develops and maintains effective working relationships with system users and provides ongoing support to them. Ensures that Supply Chain systems function in accordance with established policies and procedures as well as applicable laws, rules and regulations. Monitors the Operation systems through continuous quality improvement activities ensuring that customers’ expectations are met or exceeded.
