Summary: This position works under the general supervision and reports directly to the Program Manager of the Workforce Development Department . The Workforce Development Department provides multiple training programs for unemployed/underemployed youth and adults as career pipelines into Lifespan�s workforce. The position is within the Pathway to Employment program.
Responsibilities: Participate in Pathway to Employment Program Comply with expectations of program and organization Utilize resources when necessary Attend workshops and regular check-ins with coordinator Follow goal setting plans Fulfill all responsibilities policies and procedures in assigned department
