HRSC Representative

Summary:

The HRSC Advisor is responsible to provide effective
efficient and professional HR advice guidance and support through the shared
services environment utilizing knowledge base and case management tools to
assist customers with their human resource inquiries and transactions.

 

Responsibilities:

Answer all incoming inquiries in line with the agreed
service level standards and ensure that accurate and concise information is
provided and captured in the Case Management System to allow for monitoring of
case volume SLAs KPIs and knowledge base accuracy.



 



Leverage existing business processes and technology and look
for ways to continuously improve by identifying and suggesting ways to enhance
service levels and work more effectively.



 



Coach customers on utilization of HR related self-service
systems and knowledge base tools.



 



Responsible for transactional administrative and process
activities in line with agreed service level standards.



 



Assists with maintaining employee files. 



 



Perform other duties as assigned.

BASIC KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE:



 



High School Diploma required



 



Work requires a minimum of one year of experience in Human
Resources or a similar role in a customer focused environment where
administrative and organizational skills were used on a regular basis. An
Associates or Bachelors degree may substitute for experience requirements. 



 



A working knowledge of Windows Microsoft Word Excel
PowerPoint and the Internet. Human Resources knowledge and call center
experience strongly preferred.



 



Must be able to process material of a sensitive and
confidential nature.



 



Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications
and databases.



 



Ability to communicate effectively.



 



Ability to multi-task in a high-volume setting.



 



Ability to maintain a positive attitude with a focus on the
employee experience.
