Every year, Lifespan recognizes and honors our shared CARE values of compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence through the CARE Person of the Year award. This is the most important honor we give out each year, the highest recognition a Lifespan team member can receive.
John Echeverry was chosen as Lifespan's 2023 CARE Person of the Year. He has been with Gateway for 25 years, and during that time has impacted the lives of countless children and families through intensive home-based outreach services.
