Work generally requires organizational, analytical and communication skills acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program.

Work requires a minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources.
A working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Internet. HRIS and call center experience strongly preferred. Must demonstrate a commitment to deliver superior quality customer service, a high level of performance, the ability to work with diverse customers, and the ability to collaboratively problem solve and work in teams.

Education requirements may be substituted with directly related work experience beyond 5 years on a one to one basis (i.e. one year of related experience equals one year of education).

Under general direction of the manager HR Solution Center maintains human resource knowledge base, case management system, and related tools in support of Tier 0 employee and manager self-service, and HR Solution Center customer service functions.
