Associate’s degree in Business or Information Technology-related field or the equivalent directly related experience in Service Management, Incident Management, and/or Information Systems Management responsibility which may substitute for a degree. Must possess all database skill listed herein. Ability to work on a team whose focus is providing informatics infrastructure to turn clinically acquired CT/MRI, DICOM images into a registry for imaging research/analysis.

Two year’s experience in Service Management, Incident Management, and/or Information Systems Management. Demonstrated aptitude in the abilities required for systems analysis, the ability to function and communicate effectively as a member of a project team, and the interpersonal skills to elicit and convey details of business and clinical operations and workflow processes to assure the optimal adoption and utilization of the electronic health record system. Project management, analysis, processing skills preferred. Excellent communication skills, both orally and written and experience working with EHR support. Experience with SSRS development is a plus and experience writing SQL queries and analyzing data is a plus.


The Database Specialist reports to the Director, PediMIND Program. Under general supervision and within Bradley policies and procedures, is responsible for the daily operation and management of the database systems (Service Management, Asset Management, Desktop Server Management), long-term storage archive system, and all hardware and software associated with the system. Assists in system selection, configuration, conversion, implementation, security and on-going utilization of the application. Provides user training and monitors system changes.
