Rhode Island Nurse Practitioner License with prescriptive authority. Graduate of a Baccalaureate and Master’s program in Nursing. National certification in family or adult medicine in accordance with department assignment. Current certification in Basic Life Support.
Provides health care services to individuals and groups including health promotion, disease prevention and health problems management. Provides outpatient services to patients of all applicable age groups including adolescent adult and geriatric patients. Acts as educator, consultant, and liaison to other healthcare providers across the care continuum.
