•Bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year college or university with a minimum of five years of progressively responsible fundraising experience.
•Ability to motivate volunteers and staff and build a coordinated multi-faceted development program.
•Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with a proven track record in cultivating and stewarding relationships.
o5-8 Years’ experience working in Development field. Some experience in managerial role preferred.
oFlexible work schedule that include nights and weekends.
oMajority of hours are expected to be worked at the office.
oKnowledge of Annual Fund, Major Giving, Raiser’s Edge and Event Planning required.
oWillingness to work as a team member in a rapidly expanding NON-PROFIT agency.

Responsible for fundraising strategic planning, implementation, evaluation and daily oversight of all philanthropic activities on behalf of The Autism Project (TAP). Works closely with the Executive Director, board members, families, senior management and volunteers to secure annual and multi-year gifts and to build long-term relationships with the community in support of the programs and services of The Autism Project.
